Since launching in 2017, Connect has operated as a free platform for over 40,000 appraisers nationwide. To continue delivering great value to appraisers and maintaining exceptional service, we have decided to introduce a platform fee for appraisers.
Our goal remains the same – to provide a seamless experience for you and the appraisers on your panel, with continued improvements to efficiency and performance.

Pilot Testing Insights and Learnings
Earlier this year, we tested two pricing plans with 2,000 users over 6 months: a pay-as-you-go plan and a flat monthly subscription.
We noticed the pay-as-you-go plan led to unpredictable costs, while the flat monthly subscription offered stability and saw strong adoption.
As a result, we’ve moved to a single flat rate for all users, only charging appraisers in months when they complete orders.
What You Need to Know
With the new $19.99 per active month price:
Appraisers will only be charged for months in which they complete an appraisal order.
They will NOT be charged in any month without an order.
The price is no longer tied to individual orders or clients, but rather an overall platform fee.
The monthly price remains fixed, whether appraisers complete one order or many, regardless of how many clients they work with.
We’re also offering an adjustment period before the new pricing takes effect, giving appraisers time to transition smoothly.
